STRESS RELEASE!!!!

     You have a lot of stress in your life, don’t you? Job hunting, the graduation thesis, a part time job, a lot of homework…… You are senior student so I think you want to enjoy your last college life too. We are fighting everyday every time. By the way, what do you usually do for stress release? I think you say that go shopping, go to karaoke, go to drink and complain. But can you let the stress out well? Of course I have done it for stress release, but it isn’t a good way for me. I will introduce my best four ways for stress release. You will feel a great deal, but you will change something in your life when you try to do it my way!

1.    Go to the batting practice range!
    How many times have you go to the batting practice range? If you are women, you might not been there. I think you have the image which it is men’s. But please go there one time. And get hall of the ball in abandon while yelling out. The word is everything good. I usually say “Waaaaaaaa!!!” “Goooooooo!!!” and so on.


2.    Drive with deafening sound
     Can you drive a car? How often do you drive a car? I always drive a car when I have a little stress. To drive can release a stress easily. But in fact it’s very dangerous because I think you feel angry so you have the potential of accident on the road. Please be careful!!! Especially when you listen to loud sound, you can’t hear anything outside of car. So this way have some dangerous points but if you can it you really feel better! I recommend hip-hop music or exciting music when you drive.


3.    Ruleless ball exercise with your close friends!
     I think you don’t want to play this exercise. Because it is very nonsense! To play, someone thow the ball and you catch the ball and thow… it’s like a dodge ball. If you want to kick or head a ball you can. It not have any role. So please enjoy without thinking. You will just realize you have a good laugh. I think it is like a laughter yoga.


4.    Go to the Kishidan’s live!!!
     Do you know KISHIDAN? In fact I was not interested in KISHIDAN. But I went to their live three week ago. I didn’t know their song so I was worried that I might not enjoy the live. There were a lot of crazed fan.  And KISHIDAN was made me happy and crazy! Their MC was wonderful! I could enjoy it I didn’t know their well. Eventually, I became a slave to KISHIDAN. So they can offer greatest entertainment for you if you don’t know them. You can sing a song and dance. It’s really good way of stress release.


If you have a stress please try it! You will feel a lot better and you will have a stress-free good life.

recommended batting practice range?

When I eat dinner with my friends at Hondori after that I sometimes go to the batting practice range:)

Don't you think that?
Recently I don't have these chance which a belly laugh.
